Hartley Class enjoyed using their senses to explore the herbs in our garden. We loved smelling the different herbs and exploring the textures. Class 1 began learning about the life cycle of a bee. We used our information book to learn interesting facts and new vocabulary. We decided that our garden needs bees. We researched their favourite flowers, made posters, we made a hive and some bees! @ThePennineTrust #EYFS https://t.co/OBwjU0WFja

Class 1 have been exploring 3D shapes this week. We began by playing a game of shape shop, this allowed us to begin to name/identify the shapes and begin to explore the shapes properties.
